Dave Gosselin believes we all have the capacity to be leaders and change someone’s life. Over the past 30 years, he has developed a passion for coaching, educating people, and leading teams who have people from diverse backgrounds. Dave has used TTISI instruments for nearly 15 years. His award-winning book Focus on Them: Leading the Mindset Revolution for Coaches, Educators, and Business Leaders features the use of TTISI instruments. Dave is currently Director of Environmental and Sustainability Studies, and Professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and consults on the enhancement of team dynamics.
