Adam is part of a duo with his wife, Amber. Together, they bring over 25 years of leadership and business management experience, including expertise in leadership development, building high-performing teams, developing emotional intelligence, data-driven hiring, psychometric assessments, and strategic planning.

They are the founders of Rockstar Workforce, which partners with clients to identify and develop top talent and build their workforce of rockstars by perfecting their Leadership Mechanics™️. They’re the support system that helps teams become a unified group of high performers.

Both are natives of Phoenix, Arizona, where they currently reside, and are raising their children Hudson and Harper. Together, Adam and Amber strive to continue to grow Rockstar Workforce and develop leaders throughout the valley.
