Dr. Ron Bonnstetter is the Senior Vice President for Research and Product Development. His primary focus is improving TTI assessments by applying his patented cognitive neurology brain mapping. He has degrees in biology, geology, energy engineering, environmental engineering, and science education. His current cognitive neurology research and international recognition have been built over the years, once again as a lifelong learner.

During his over 40 years as an educator, TTI assessments have played an integral role in his teaching. The result was students who left his courses transformed, not just informed. He believes that TTI is more than a job; it’s a path to personal growth and a lifelong journey of self-improvement.
