TTI Success Insights is piloting a new offering that moves individuals from exploring behaviors to understanding the causes, to sparking personal transformation.
This program works in three phases, all of which are delivered by the TTI Success Insights team.
Phase 1. Taking a set of assessments followed by a laboratory-level debrief.
Phase 2. A visit to the Cognitive Behavioral Lab where documentation is completed and a full report is been generated. From there a second debrief will be conducted.
Phase 3. Putting everything learned into action.
