Laura loves to learn. She believes training and development should be engaging and practical, whether in a business, educational, or personal context.

She brings her passion for learning to MasterMinds Leadership, where she works primarily with mid-level leaders pursuing long-term growth. In addition, she oversees assessment services and has utilized assessment tools for team development and onboarding for over two decades.

Laura holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in Measurement & Assessment from Baylor University and has taught in four different university settings.
