Jess is the President and Founder of Paramount Consulting Group, a specialized recruiting firm, and has been an active VAA since 2010. Together with his team, he works with REALTOR® Associations across the country to build high-performing teams. Jess helps organizations make more informed hiring decisions and select employees who will be passionate, effective, and engaged.

Jess has been a serial entrepreneur since high school. Prior to launching Paramount Consulting Group, he founded a contracting business where he served as President for nearly 20 years. Originating on a shoestring budget, the venture grew into a multimillion-dollar enterprise serving both residential and commercial sectors.
