Carol is the Director of Product Development at TTI. She is focused on revealing human potential by transforming awareness in organizations, teams, and individuals. With degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University of Nebraska, and has worked as a Juvenile Probation Officer, a Paralegal with a top-ranked national firm, and a Communications Director at a billion-dollar company.

Carol is on the Board of Directors for the Robert S. Hartman Institute. Working with individuals and organizations to better understand their own unique set of talents and skills has been a life long passion. Her fulfillment comes from seeing others find their true passion and being able to live out a life of joy.
