Favor Larson is TTI’s Director of Next Points and is proud to be growing the impact of TTI’s assessment tools. She truly believes that everyone should have access to these tools as well as easy-to-use, simple, and powerful supporting resources. Favor passionately believes that everyone should be able to find their joy and make it happen! She is motivated to share TTI with the world so that our tools can get into the hands of even more people.

Born in Portland, OR, but spending most of her life in Phoenix, AZ, she and her husband left the desert in 2012 to please their Harmonious Driving Force and moved back to the mountains and forests of Medford, OR.

When she’s not working, Favor loves being outdoors, walking her dogs, kayaking, gardening, caring for her fruit orchard, and watching the sky. She’s very fortunate to have all of that in her backyard.
