Whit Mitchell is an Executive Coach, Team Dynamics expert, author, and professional speaker. He was the founder and CEO of Working InSync International and, in 2020, merged with Price Associates. Over the past 40 years, Whit has worked with an extensive variety of individuals and teams to discover and solve obstacles to success.
In addition to his expertise in Executive Coaching and Team Dynamics, Whit has worked with top executive development programs at Tuck School of Business, Harvard University and Columbia University. His work with athletes and coaches includes working with Collegiate Rowing Teams, The 1976 and 1980 Olympic Rowing Teams, and the Boston Bruins the year they won the Stanley Cup in 2011. Whit is also the author of “Working In Sync”; an accounting of Whit’s coaching the ’86 Dartmouth crew and how their rowing experience propelled them to professional success.
